Ca.Stella Bistrot

An inclusive and sustainable cooking experience.

Ca.Stella Bistrot has been renovated with respect for the environment and is located in Meride within the Monte San Giorgio Camping site, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, nestled in the woods between Indian teepees and Safari tents, where recharging in nature within this setting is unique.

The Bistrot's ethos mandates the search for non-intensive farming practices, and the chef, using fresh local produce (according to the seasons) including vegetables from the Ca.Stella FARM garden, prepares dishes where the aromas of spices and rich flavors enhance the taste of the dishes.

The menu offers delicacies created with simplicity, from the aperitif with a generous appetizer, followed by starters, mains, and homemade pizzas, prepared with four different types of flour in a single dough, to provide a unique taste not only for its flavor but also for the particular elongated shape that makes it crispy during cooking.

Young people with disabilities are employed by the social enterprise (Bistrot, Camping & Ca.Stella FARM). Our service is inclusive and values ??every form of ability, and we are delighted to welcome you with our best smile!
