A 340 km long net

The area includes the Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio, with its 17 municipalities the Cantonal net of paths is about 340 km.

Since 2017 in the Mendrisiotto is usable a network of paths MTB, the Laveggio Bike route with its 33 km.

The region is crossed by two important national routes, route number 7 and route number 2 and two other local routes, 635 on Monte Generoso and 636 on Monte San Giorgio.

The Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio region also has the first alpine trail in the Sottoceneri. The Variante, also known as Sentiero Gianola, between Rovio and the summit of Monte Generoso.
