Dolceresio is a little charming B&B on the slopes of Monte San Giorgio (Unesco World Heritage Site) and the Ceresio, better known as Lake Lugano.

It is located in Brusino Arsizio, an amazing sun-drenched hamlet in the South of Switzerland. The centre of the village preserves the peculiarities, the houses and the arcades of a historic fishing village.

The lakefront location in the heart of the village allows you to experience the most authentic aspects of daily life as well as wonderful spectacles of nature. Swiss Reliability and Italian Charm: a perfect mix of simple elegance that offers you an easygoing and relaxing stay, emotions that will accompany you when you’ll go back to your everyday routine.

Superior Rooms HELIOS and HYPNOS
The superior rooms Helios and Hypnos (20 m2) overlook one of the typical gardens of Brusino Arsizio and are provided with a romantic terrace with Monte San Giorgio view. Very quiet.

They are equipped with every comfort such as bath products, slippers, fridge with water, Swisscom TV and a kettle with a choice of coffee and tea.

Perfect for 2 persons, single use possible.

Deluxe Rooms DIKE and NIKE
The deluxe rooms Dike and Nike (26 m2) offer a spectacular view over the lake Lugano and Morcote and have two little balconies each.

They are equipped with every comfort such as bath products, slippers, fridge with water, Swisscom TV and a kettle with a choice of coffee and tea.

Perfect for 2 or 3 persons, single use possible.

BREAKFAST
Our generous à la carte breakfast is served at the table from 8:00 to 10:00, either in our elegant caffetteria or on the terrace: homemade bread and cakes, cereals, eggs, bacon and ham, cheese, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit.

Gluten- and lactose-free products are available (please inform when booking).

HOW TO JOIN US
By car: Exit from highway A2/E35 at Melide (coming from north) or Mendrisio (coming from south), direction Capolago-Riva San Vitale, Brusino Arsizio. We are in the center of the village, on the quay. Public parking nearby, parking card offered by Dolceresio B&B.

By public transports: By train to Capolago or Porto Ceresio (IT), change to Postbus, reach Brusino Arsizio (stop Rondello), walk down the Vila da Roncaiöö (3 minutes walk).
By boat from Lugano or Porto Ceresio (IT) to Brusino Arsizio, Boat stop Funivia-Serpiano or Centro paese, 5 minutes walk on the quay.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up the total price of the reservation will be charged.
