Some sixty events, ranging from prose to music, dance to film, await audiences at the Cinema Teatro: the 2026-2027 Season—the first entirely curated by the new Director, Jurij Meile—is designed to connect numerous events through original threads, while also incorporating numerous individual offerings of particular interest.

Inspired by the Centro Culturale Chiasso's current guiding theme—joy—the shows, concerts, screenings, and meetings focus on both international and Swiss-specific productions. Special attention is given to offerings born in the region, inspired by its stories or by the talent of playwrights, actors, and musicians from Italian-speaking Switzerland.
