Antiques Fair - Art and Collectibles

Over the years, the event has become increasingly international, with exhibitors from numerous locations in Switzerland and Italy. The world of antiques, art, and collectibles has evolved profoundly, reflecting fashions, trends, and new passions.

Alongside vintage objects, there is now space for interesting new products such as modern antiques and design, which are always highly appreciated; the Pokémon phenomenon; toys and dolls, from precious porcelain to the now-iconic Barbie doll; modeling and its constant technical evolution; and the world of audio, video, video games, and electronics.

A vast universe, the list could go on almost endlessly. Through the Fair, art and culture engage over 10,000 visitors each year, who enliven and wander through the magnificent town of Mendrisio, making it lively and particularly evocative during the event.

At the exhibitors' stalls, you'll discover silver, jewelry, glass, porcelain, vinyl, books, sculptures, folk art, textiles, furniture, non-European art, toys, ironwork, 20th-century design, and paintings from the 16th to the 20th centuries. Particularly noteworthy will be the presence of works by 19th- and 20th-century Ticino painters, as well as numerous other curiosities waiting to be discovered.
