If you are a beer enthusiast and interested in immersing yourself in a complete experience, the Sottobisio Brewery in Balerna offers an activity that is definitely for you! All this includes a visit to the brewery with an illustration of the production processes, a visit to the barricade with smattering on the world of spontaneous fermentation. All this will be followed by a tasting of two standart beers + 2 aged beers, and a complimentary bottle of beer vinegar of your choice as a souvenir.
