An appetizing opportunity to get to know the dairy reality of Ticino, visit the dairies in beautiful locations in our canton and taste a range of delicious and genuine products of excellence! Alpinavera invites everyone to participate enthusiastically in cheese and food and wine tastings, guided tours to discover the processes of cheese making and processing, music and catering, for a weekend of taste and carefree enjoyment.
Tasting of farm produce and Zincarlìn da la Val da Mücch throughout the day. Lunch of polenta and ossibuchi or beans and mortadella or cheese with homemade desserts. On both days, at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., there will be explanations of how cheese and cheeses are made.
