Christmas Concert

"Magnificat anima mea Dominum", is the Christmas concert that will feature the Malcantone women's choir of the "Giovani Cantori di Pura", directed by Christian Barella, made up of twenty-five girls from 12 to 20 years of age, and which has numerous national and international distinctions to its credit.

The singing event will start at 8.30 p.m. at the parish church of Ss. Quirico and Giulitta, admission is free.  To get there, you can use public or private transport and you can park in front of the church in public car parks.

The "Ceresio Ensemble" string orchestra, oboist Pietro Bodini and organist Stefano Gorla will participate. On the programme are pages by Mendelssohn, Mozart, Fauré, Sternkopf, Delibes, Rutter and the Christmas tradition.
