For CP events, Finger Food is a gastronomic interpretation presented in small portions but encompassing ingredients combined together in complex and well-devised structures.
The well-structured and multicoloured forms of our creations invite guests to experience true gastronomic emotions, perfect in their combination, as a whole and in their colours and contrasts.
Combinations of sweet and savoury, soft and crunchy, Mediterranean and Oriental, all wrapped up in a "mise en bouche" to delight the palate.
