Monte San Giorgio
Monte San Giorgio lies between the southern arms of the Lake of Lugano. It is 1,097 metres high and a wonderful view can be had from the peak. Monte San Giorgio has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2 July 2003.
