GASTRONOMY
The three ancient mills in Bruzella, of Daniello and of the Ghitello as well as the Maroggia mill regularly grind yellow and red meal which can be bought in the shops in the region.
Traditional polenta can then be tasted in one of the many grottoes and restaurants which offer it in almost any season of the year.
